SAUCE.
This is one of those wonderfully simple but tasty treats, and is great with chicken
1 Small Chopped Onion
1 oz of Butter
A Measure of whisky to taste ( I'll
leave that up to you)
1/2 Pint of gravy ( I use Bisto )
1/4 Pint of Double Cream
Melt the butter in a pan
Add the onions and simmer for 5 minutes
Add the whisky and the gravy then the cream and simmer for 5 minutes...
Done.....how simple is that?
